FSU Economics Student Living On Campus
Hello there! I’m Anna, an Economics student at FSU. So far, I’ve enjoyed the college experience, but I’ve also faced lots of challenges that I’d love to share with anyone thinking of attending the university so they can know what to expect from the university. I know the main parts of campus and surrounding areas well enough to guide you through all the shortcuts and favorite “hang out” spots. Book a tour with me and you’ll get the unfiltered view of everything FSU has to offer. The good, the great, the bad, and the ugly.

Describe your college experience
My college experience thus far has been filled with interesting adventures, making the mundane chores of living on your own enjoyable.
Favorite class
I love my Intro to Microeconomics class. The professor seems a little strict at first, but her policies make lots of sense and I appreciate the effort she puts into engaging such a large class in her lectures.
Career goals
After finishing my undergraduate, I’d like to continue with a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
Ideal way to spend a free night
While I do enjoy going out to Collegetown, my best memories have been made in my friends’ dorms having the best laughs of my life.
High school or secondary school
I attended three schools since my freshman year of high school. In order: Doral Academy, Divine Savior Academy, and Miami Dade College. All of these are located in the greater Miami area.
Previous college
I attended Miami Dade College and did the commute from my house to the campus where my classes were located. Overall, I’d say the transfer experience has been easy because many colleges use the same systems like Canvas and Microsoft.
