Describe your college experience

My transition to Florida State was an interesting one. I transferred schools twice to get here and struggled with finding the resources that I needed to succeed once here. I've now gotten the hang of things and love my classes and the friends that I have made here.

Tip for future students

My tip is to get involved as soon as you can. Whether that be working, volunteering, or joining a club. It is the easiest and fastest way to make friends and make connections

Favorite class

My favorite class at FSU so far has been Energy, Resources, and the Environment. The lecture was extremely entertaining and went in-depth on interesting topics in the production of energy in the world today such as oil, coal, natural gas, and solar.

Career goals

I would like to go into critical resource exploration.

Ideal way to spend a free night

My ideal night is going out with friends and enjoying a few drinks.

High school or secondary school

Samuel W. Wolfson High School.

Previous college

Florida International University to Tallahassee State College, then to FSU. The transfer experience was hard but worth it in the end. Transitioning into any school is hard due to having to learn the differences in culture, class structure, and scheduling.

Meeting point
