Describe your college experience
Transitioning to FSU was both exciting and challenging. Coming from a background in dance and theatre, I was eager to immerse myself in the vibrant arts community here. Balancing a rigorous course load with performances and work has taught me resilience and time management. So far, my experience has been full of growth, friendships, and unforgettable moments on stage and around campus.
Tip for future students
Get involved early! Whether it’s joining clubs, attending events, or connecting with classmates, the more engaged you are, the more rewarding your college experience will be. Also, don’t hesitate to ask for help—FSU has amazing resources to support you.
Favorite class
My favorite class thus far has been my Acting 1 class, it was such a groundbreaking class to start my training here at FSU. I learned a lot, broke through a lot of limitations, and forged great techniques that aid me in my journey to telling stories honestly.
Career goals
After college, I aspire to perform professionally in musical theatre, both on stage and in film or television. My end goal within my theatrical career is to become a Broadway choreographer. It's something I have always been interested in and it'll allow me to share my passion for the arts with so many beautiful artists.
Ideal way to spend a free night
My ideal free night is a mix of relaxation and creativity. I love catching up with friends, going to an open studio to dance the night away, or simply enjoying a good show at home while cooking.
High school or secondary school
I attended Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High , located in Miami, FL. It was here that my love for the performing arts truly blossomed through dance teams and theatre productions.
