Hello, my name is Chloe! I am a freshman at FSU and I am majoring in meteorology broadcasting track with a math minor. I am involved in FSU Seminole Striders Running Club and I intend to join many other clubs in the future. I grew up in Pensacola Florida with three brothers and this was my first time moving somewhere new. I got my AA Degree in high school so I am a Junior by credits right now and I intend to graduate early and get my Masters Degree as well. My interests are distance running and reading.

Describe your college experience
My college experience has been incredible. From the first time I stepped on campus, FSU has given me a warm and welcoming environment. Through freshmen orientation and many involvement fairs I found my people very quickly especially by living in a freshman dorm. I honestly have never gotten bored here because there are always events being held by organizations such as the ASLC, residency halls, and the library. All the teachers here are so passionate about their subject that I have never felt overwhelmed or helpless in a class because they are always there to help guide me and answer questions.
Tip for future students
Some tips I have for future students are to get involved early and take advantage of campus resources. These both improved my social life and my grades.
Favorite class
My favorite class was Intro to Thermodynamics and Atmospheric Dynamics because I was interested in the class material and the professor was really passionate about the subject. The class also offered a very welcoming environment which allowed me to become very close with my classmates.
Career goals
Become a weather forecaster or a broadcasting meteorologist.
Ideal way to spend a free night
I would hang out with my friends and either go to a school event or explore Tallahassee.
