Describe your college experience
I had a fairly smooth transition to college. I had a bad roommate, which caused some issues, but I overcame them and was better for it! Being at UNC has been the best time of my life.
Tip for future students
UNC is not an easy school. Honestly I came in expecting no challenges, and that was nowhere near the case. Prepare for challenges and come in with an open mind. The challenges I faced helped to shape me into who I am.
Favorite class
Poli 100 (American Politics) and Poli 422 (minority representation in America)! I loved these classes because of the content and professors!
Career goals
I’m going to law school in August. I want to be a family attorney.
Ideal way to spend a free night
I would spend a free night shopping/going to dinner with friends, hanging out with my family, or attending a UNC sporting event!
High school or secondary school
Porter ridge high school, Indiana trail, North Carolina
Previous college
UNC Wilmington; transferred after my first year. I got into chapel hill the first time I applied, I just chose UNC Wilmington instead. The transfer process was seamless.
