Hello, My name is Luul Ayele. I am a third-year Computer Science student at the University of Maryland. Describe your college experience
Like the majority of college students entering university after high school, I found it difficult to adjust to the pace of the classes being taught. At first, I was surprised by how much more challenging it was compared to high school, but over time, I got used to it and adjusted. Eventually, everything became just as manageable as high school.
Tip for future students
If you're a freshman and find your classes difficult, that's okay everyone has been there. It just takes time to grow into being a college student
Favorite class
My favorite class is CMSC132, the second required class for students in my major. I enjoyed it because, unlike the first class, I was already accustomed to coding. I surprised myself every time I completed an assignment and performed better than I expected.
Career goals
As of now, I just wish to complete my major and get a good stable job in my industry.
Ideal way to spend a free night
My favorite way to spend a free night would be watching movies and catching up on tv shows.
