Describe your college experience
I have loved every minute of being here and miss it when I'm home during breaks! The opportunities are truly endless and have shaped me into the person that I am today. Virginia Tech has only ever brought me good luck and I am truly grateful for the experience.
Tip for future students
Do not be afraid to ask any questions or for help. The community here is so kind and always welcoming. Even in classes, do not be afraid to go to office hours and talk to other students! It's how I met some of my best friends :)
Favorite class
My favorite class is an Aerospace specific class AOE 2104 (Introduction to Aerospace Engineering and Aircraft Performance). This class while difficult, was extremely rewarding in terms of our projects. We got hands on experience and were able to apply the knowledge we had learned, which oftentimes is not seen in other colleges! Being able to take part in our final project and build a glider from scratch was so exciting as an introductory student.
Career goals
I will be entering the workforce with a job already secured!
Ideal way to spend a free night
I love to go downtown and grab some good food. The downtown is always very lively and has lots of different food to get. Me and my friends love to do this paired with a sunset watch at the duck pond on campus!
