Describe your college experience
During the first few weeks of school I experienced feeling homesick and anxious about being in a new place. The constant activities and opportunities on Michigan's campus really helped me to overcome those feelings. I was constantly doing something fun, making friends, and trying new things, which allowed me to find a community here that made me feel at home. Within a few weeks I completely overcame my feelings of anxiety and now I feel so excited to come back to school after breaks!
Tip for future students
Try not to feel too overwhelmed or stressed! College is a big adjustment and it can definitely be scary at first but Michigan works really hard to make students feel at home.
Favorite class
My favorite class so far has been AES 218. It's my favorite class because it is an emergency response class so we get to do a lot of hands on learning such as CPR, taking blood pressure, lifting patients, and much more.
Career goals
I plan to attend physicians assistant school and become a surgical physicians assistant.
