Describe your college experience

Classes are much more difficult and require more effort than high school classes. Making friends has also been difficult, but through clubs and other events, I have developed a strong social network.

Favorite class

My first year seminar (APPL 60), Tree Timber Totem, has been a lot of fun. I was initially pre-registered into it, and was not particularly excited for it. However, I have learned a lot of new unique skills from it, thought about the world differently, and met an amazing professor.

Career goals

In the future, I hope to research Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCIs) and use them to help develop devices to help disabled people.

Ideal way to spend a free night

My ideal night would be to go out and explore the city with my friends. One place near campus has every board game available for free and karaoke on the weekends, which has been a fun spot for me and my friends to visit. Afterwards, we love to visit a new restaurant that we haven't tried before for dinner.
