University of Southern California
Athletically driven outgoing student involved in all parts of campus
Hi! It's nice to meet you! I'm a sophomore at USC majoring in International Relations under the Dornsife school, but trying to switch to the Business program. This school has so many resources to offer and I've taken full advantage of that. I play club basketball, have an on-campus refereeing job, am a practice player for the basketball team, am in clubs, play intramural sports, and am in a fraternity! I'm super outgoing and have loved giving my friends from home tours when they have visited me, and I've gotten pretty good at it, so I figured I would apply that to a job. I was born in the United States but have lived between Canada and Morocco my whole life. I went to boarding school in Rhode Island and then ended up here! I also love traveling and cooking.

Describe your college experience
So far, my college experience has been awesome! I started out as a freshman in New North, the most social dorm on campus, and quickly made friends that convinced me to join a fraternity. Pledging took up most of my first semester. Second semester, however, I discovered many other interesting parts of campus, like clubs and jobs. Now, I'm focused on getting an internship and applying for things like study abroad.
Tip for future students
I wish I had known that joining clubs is much easier as a first semester freshman (because clubs want younger students that will be able to move up the ranks and eventually attain leadership positions). I also wish I had known to not pay for the meal plan because the dining halls are not good. If you can, pay for dining dollars (money you can spend on restaurants, not just dining halls). In the first few weeks, it pays to be outgoing (and not trying to quiet and cool).
Favorite class
Journalism 380 with professor Fellenzer. If you get the change, TAKE HIM!! Best professor I've ever had who brings in the most amazing guest speakers even if you're not interested in sports business (think CEO/owners of sports teams, ex-NFL players, higher ups in organizations like ESPN, and more).
Career goals
Ultimately, I want to be the owner of the Toronto Raptors one day.
Ideal way to spend a free night
Chilling with my roommates, cooking dinner, and watching a movie (if it's a weekday:)
