I’m very involved and passionate about fitness, sports, and all things health-related! I take my academics very seriously and am here to help others fall in love with FSU as well.

Describe your college experience
The transition to college was difficult at first having to leave my family, but within a few weeks I learned to love my independence and new lifestyle. I immediately tried to get involved in on-campus clubs, like CHAARG, which allowed me to meet other fitness-centered girls. Overall my college experience has been the best due to the balance I maintain between school and fun/leisure!
Tip for future students
The best advice I could give to a future student is to make sure you give yourself a break and not be too hard on yourself. As a perfectionist myself it can be overwhelming to try to excel at everything in college. I would definitely recommend learning to be gentle to yourself in these new challenges!
Favorite class
My favorite class I’ve taken at FSU so far was my freshman year biology class. I loved it because of how knowledgeable my professor was. He made it incredibly interesting and it made me actually want to come to class to learn from him.
Career goals
After college I plan to get my master’s in sports nutrition. With that I hope to become a certified sports nutritionist and work with pro-teams (like the NFL) as their personal nutritionist.
Ideal way to spend a free night
My free nights are often a balance between fun and relaxing. Some nights I love to be social and go get dinner with friends and hangout, while other nights I enjoy just going for a walk and having a self-care night.
