I am a Junior pursuing a dual degree in Political Science and Finance with a concentration in Economics. I am an aspiring lawyer who works hard in school and hopes to attend law school at FSU. In my leisure time, I am an avid foodie who enjoys sushi, Korean BBQ, and a slice of Momo's pizza. I am always up for a game of chess, round of pool, or a table tennis match with friends. FSU was the right choice for me, and I look forward to sharing my experiences with you.

Describe your college experience

My college experience started the summer of 2023. For each semester, I have maintained my status as a full time student with a 3.0 grade point average to secure my Bright Futures Scholarship. For my first three semesters, I stayed in Landis Hall and Wildwood Hall. Currently, I live off campus and have a vehicle. Fortunately, I am within walking distance to all my classes which is very helpful. Since Tallahassee is so far from my home, I am unable to make quick weekend visits, but there are always things to do both on and off campus.

Tip for future students

Future tips * Attend summer session if offered * Meal plan is worth having the first year, just use it! * If you live on campus and have a meal plan, you don't need a vehicle. * Don't be shy! Make friends and join organizations/clubs of interest sooner than later * Take naps * Make sure you have all the comforts of home in your dorm room * Own a lap top with good battery life (not all classrooms have convenient outlets) * Don't be afraid to walk on campus during the day or night (well-lit, walkable)

Favorite class

My favorite class was my Law and Society class last spring. I had a personal connection with my professor, who was my high school AP government teacher’s older brother. As an aspiring lawyer, I found the subject matter extremely interesting, as well as the personal stories my professor shared about his experiences as both a public and private attorney.

Career goals

I hope to attend Law School at Florida State University or find a full-time job in Finance upon graduation.

Ideal way to spend a free night

My ideal free night entails ordering Momo's pizza, playing video games online with my friends from home, and just relaxing without thinking about anything related to school.
