Describe your college experience
Every year and even each semester had completely different vibes, which made the experience so exciting. Being at such a large school, there was always something new to discover. Even my previous semester, I made some very close friends.
Tip for future students
This is definitely a very academic school, so I’d recommend taking extra care to make time for yourself—whether that’s through hobbies, relaxation, or nurturing your relationships. Balance is definitely a key to thriving here and a lot of energy is spent trying to maintain that balance. Oh, and try to study abroad.
Favorite class
COGSCI 180 - Mind, Body, and Identity. I originally took this class to fulfill a breadth requirement, but it became one of my favorite classes. It challenged my understanding of identity and opened up deep questions about how our sense of self is shaped by our bodies, culture, and experiences.
Career goals
I want to work on cutting-edge technology that bridges hardware and software, improving the way we interact with and rely on devices in our daily lives.
Ideal way to spend a free night
I like hooping at the RSF and then chilling in the apartment afterwards, ordering pizza and playing video games or watching a movie.
