Brown University
Former Brown Admissions Student Ambassador and Rhode Island native!
Hi! I am Quincy, a Rhode Island native sophomore at Brown (likely) double concentrating in International and Public Affairs and Italian Studies. I am a first generation college student heavily involved in the music scene on campus (Ask me about collegiate A Cappella!). I am also Brown's only part-time gondolier on the Providence River where I've been giving historical tours for over three years.

Describe your college experience
I couldn't speak any higher of my time at Brown. Although my childhood home is only a fifteen minute drive from campus, I truly love the new family I have found on campus through my involvement with music and the Providence community,
Favorite class
My introductory Italian class was easily the most formative class of my freshman year. Considering I came to Brown with no experience in the language, and I am already considering pursuing a double major in it, my newfound joy for learning foreign language has solely my introductory lecture to blame.
Career goals
I'm currently keeping my options open, however, I am interested in pursuing a career in my birth city of New York. I plan on pursuing a career in some form of policy or law adjacent field, with likely an international aspect to it, in hopes of being able to travel for work one day.
Ideal way to spend a free night
A free night for me is easily describable in two words: Network Television. Embarrassingly so, I have been keeping up with a menagerie of network tv shows since I was in middle school, and I can't help but keep following the plot. Bad Netflix Originals are also a common indulgence in between my classes, considering I acted in one a long while back.
High school or secondary school
I attended Barrington High School, in my home state of Rhode Island.
