Describe your college experience
Transferring to the University of Maryland was very exciting, I got to live on my own and create new life experiences. I have made many friends through the organizations I have been a part of on campus. I have time to study, be active in all of my extracurriculars, and hang out with friends. Transferring to UMD was the best decision I could have made for myself and my career.
Favorite class
My favorite class has been CCJS100. Although I am a computer science major, I found my criminal justice class to be my favorite class I have taken so far at UMD. I loved gaining general knowledge about crime, and the class had a lot of active discussions which was very engaging.
Career goals
After college, I hope to have a career in tech. I am not sure what I want to specifically do in tech, but I would love to work in the technology field.
Ideal way to spend a free night
The best way for me to spend a free night would be with my friends. Whether that is going out or staying in, there is so much to do here on and off campus with friends, so I spend most of my free time hanging out with friends.

Previous college
I transferred to UMD from Hood College after my freshman year. The transfer process was very easy. The admissions office was very helpful and all tools you need to transfer are easily accessible online.
