Describe your college experience
As an out of state student, I knew no one coming to FSU so the first couple weeks were a little rough for me. However, once I really got settled I fell in love with the school. I joined a sorority my sophomore year and have tried getting involved in a few different clubs throughout my time here which helped me meet so many people. Overall, Florida State is a great balance of everything you think of in the traditional “college experience”.
Tip for future students
My best tip would be to just put yourself out there especially in the first few weeks. It can be really overwhelming when you first get to school but just stay focused and trust things will work out and you’ll have an amazing college experience.
Favorite class
My Engage 100 because as a student coming from out of state it was a really great way to get acclimated to school. The entire class is first semester freshman and it’s a very small class so you get to know everyone pretty well and it’s a nice way to meet people. Also, the class focused on study skills and learning more about FSU overall which was very helpful my first semester.
Career goals
Attend PA school and become a Physical Assistant
Ideal way to spend a free night
My ideal night could be one of two things, either getting dinner with friends and going out or staying in with my roommates and watching tv or getting a sweet treat.
