Describe your college experience
I transferred to UNC-CH last fall, and I have been liking it so far. There are SO many opportunities and ways to get connected to your passions. There truly is something for everybody, and it can get a little overwhelming. I want to help make it less overwhelming for possible newcomers!
Tip for future students
Get involved early on! It's so easy to get connected with your interests here. Dorms also fill up quickly, so many people live off-campus, like me. Finding off-campus housing can be hard, but not if you know the tricks.
Favorite class
I have been loving my physics classes! That seems a bit odd, since I am a biology major. I just love the professors and the studio (lab) sessions. They're so fun and interactive!
Career goals
After I receive my bachelor's degree, I will go on to medical school. I want to go into dermatology and become a physician!
Ideal way to spend a free night
Free nights for me are pretty rare, between my classwork and clubs. However, when I do have free nights I like to spend them on Franklin Street, finding new restaurants to try!
High school or secondary school

Previous college
I transferred from McHenry County College, a small community college in Illinois. It was a smart choice for me to save money, as I am paying for most of my college myself. It was a difficult transition, and I didn't even visit UNC before the first day of classes!
Meeting point
